From round one to round five, Oliveira dominated Holloway on the ground.

He was able to take down Holloway at will, brutalizing him with ground-and-pound while constantly hunting for submissions.

There isn't much to analyze; it was simple domination.

The grappler prevailed against the striker, and now Oliveira has a few options.

The potential rematch versus Ilia Topuria looms large, as Oliveira will look to bounce back from his devastating previous knockout loss against the lightweight champion.

Another potential fight would be a rematch with Arman Tsarukyan, from their previous contest at UFC 300, where Oliveira suffered a razor-close split decision loss.

As for Holloway, in his post-fight interview, he vowed to come back stronger than ever, to re-enter title contention, and to bounce back, as he's done countless times throughout his career.

The fight may not have met entertainment expectations, but no one can deny Charles Oliveira's greatness.
